On Air Personalities

Dave Arthur
About
Fish Program Director, Dave Arthur, spends his afternoons on The Fish from 3pm-6pm. Dave is the one guy on our air staff who can say he’s been at The Fish since the beginning when we signed on the air in 2001!
Dave recently lost 121 pounds with Take Shape For Life! Learn more about the program at 4generations4health.com.
Dave spent most of his life in Boise, Idaho before moving to Portland in the summer of 2000.
He’s been married to his wife Shauna since January of 1990 and has 4 daughters who occupy most of his time when he's not on the air at The Fish. Dave’s desire to be in radio dates back to when he was a kid. Dave first started in radio back when we still listened to music on records in 1983. He’s witnessed the turntables being removed from studios and replaced with computer screens!
Dave’s other interests include bicycling, staying up late at the neighbors across the street playing Hearts, and throwing the frisbee with his border collie, Ziva. Dave is also a huge car enthusiast. He’s had a number of sports cars over the years including a couple of Fireo’s, a couple of 280ZX’s, a Miata, a classic Mustang, and a classic Corvette. He also plays guitar but ain’t too good at the harmonica.
